Manage & troubleshooting user systems & Network issues, if there is any hardware related issues, i solved that issues, solved networking related issues, if there is any user account problem, i solved it, in short my work is troublshooting about computer related issues.

Interview process started with Introduction about yourself to HR, then online test which had 35 technical question related to networking and desktop issue queries. After that they said me they will let me the results later by giving me a call.
