I was approached on LinkedIn to interview. Two rounds of interviews, first was excellent with genuine interest in my career, what I could offer the position and some basic operational and production questions. Second interview, one senior interviewer was engaged and delving deeper into potential clients I knew and could bring in, the other interviewer was obviously doing something else either on their phone or laptop and wasn't paying attention to anything I was saying. I found that disrespectful as I'd taken the time to research and prep. After half an hour of them looking at other screens and getting up and walking off at one point, I'd decided I wouldn't take the role if it was offered. Turned out I wasn't what they wanted at the time so no offer. So bit of a waste of time overall.
