It was video skype call where in I was asked to interview one day after the recruiter call .My interview went well but I think the interviewer was not interested in hiring anyone,I answered 80% of the question correctly. Complete waste of time .
My suggestion would keep your job description clear and don't expect from 5-6 years experience candidate to know everything , there is something called as on the job learning which works very well in IT.

Entretien
They scheduled interview for one of their client and I was asked to report to interview location. However, after going there got to know that it was a like walk-in of that client. The interview process was very hectic and I got selected after long struggle. Final confirmation was given after 12 days of waiting time.
