Interviewer ask the many questions to the recruit person..interviewer check the personality. And check the question handling process that condidat is not low confidence. And check the abilities to provide answer by the condidat
There was a group discussion round followed by 2 personal interviews the process was quite good with high level of situation based questions and academics but unfortunately I was not able to crack that interview

It was an interview taken by interviewer, I was asked few questions and the position for which this interview was conducted was Sales trainee. My experience was somewhat average but I was able to cricket interview
It was good. They just ask some basic questions like introduce yourself... Why ITC what brings you here? How you will describe fmcg? Did you ever worked before in sales field. What is sales? Why you want to come into this field?
