GD round - case based to test leadership and team skills. Followed by PI round 1 with indepth HR questions to test intent of candidate, basic questions on UG background, current affairs of domain. Final PI round with heads and VPs for in depth technical domain related questions, location prefererance and long term goals for joining ITC

Resume based shortlisting followed by case based GD . Than a written essay for GD selected candidates . Finally interview . Small interview panel and long interview both technical and HR questions. They prefer male candidates for the role.
