very unprofessional. The CEO was 30 minutes late for the phone interview. During the face to face interview (that lasted 1:30minutes) the CEO asked many irrelevent questions. I was asked to do cold calls for 60 minutes between 16:00 and 17:00. After I mentionned that this process was uncommon and very unprofessional. I left with a relief that I didnt accept any offer to be part of such a scam company
