HR interview (30 minutes) – An initial discussion with hr representative to assess cultural fit, communication skills, and general qualifications. Personality test – An assessment designed to evaluate behavioral traits, work style, and how well a candidate aligns with the company’s values or job role. Technical interview (1 hour) – A detailed evaluation of a candidate’s problem-solving abilities, industry knowledge, and technical expertise relevant to the job.

Discuss the company, small tech stuff. Good. And simple. Discuss the role, people you may work with. Initial interview with HR, after that with some of their PMs or Operational leads, the final Interview to discuss they pay with the owner.
