TIRESOME and RIDICUOUS! I started my journey with ISTA back in September 2009 and made it to the final stage twice. That's right, final stage twice. So they say!?!?! My advice to all those that would like to see a faster process not to consider ISTA. I would not recommend ISTA to anyone because of the lengthy interview process. Before ISTA, I worked for two other pharmaceutical companies and hired within two weeks. I felt that I was lied to at the very beginning. I did not receive the job which is fine because I went with the competitor anyway. I just think they should let you know either in person or over the phone why they decided to go with the other candidate. Small company with no clear vision. I could just imagine working for them.
