As long as you don't come off as too much of a weirdo and can speak competently they'll hire you almost immediately on the spot. No challenge whatsoever. Interview takes less than ten minutes.

Interview should have been a clue on how poorly run the company is. Lost paperwork, interviewer was not even on the site, has to wait an additional half an hour while they had to "find" him. Didn't have my application or resume with them. Had no clue what position I was interviewing for. Should have been a warning sign.

Entretien
This was a typical office job interview. you should where something office appropriate. asked a few questions and met the sales guy and manager. This is a very "drink the cool-aid" office mentality and pretend that they are awesome. pretend you believe them. immediately after the interview you are sent to get a drug test. only after the test results are in do you call you to say if you got the job or not. P.S. this job will kill you.
