Strictly mathematical questions and accounting principle type testing. Interviewed by manager then they provide you with paper and pencil to take a qualification exam. No calculator can be used for this either.

Structured group interview focusing on technology rather than tax law. Mainly asked if I knew how to use Excel at an intermediate level as well as other software. Asked generally about my education and experience at other federal agencies.
