I applied online at usajobs.gov. Received email letting me know application is under review. Received another email letting me know to take a test.I did a basic computer test, scheduled for face to face interview with 2 people very simple basic questions pertaining to experience, behavioral based., then took a role paying test in which faux taxpayers would call in, they will give you the info to study for 20 minutes. Afterwards few weeks later had to wait for results for extensive background check and complete lots of paperwork. Very long process but worth it, in spite of budget cuts and furloughs.

Question 1
What has been a difficult experience with a client?
No interview for this position. I was just called with a job offer and told to come in to pick up my equipment. This was during covid, so it may have been different.

Very Easy. No interview.
I applied online. Attended the hiring event. They selected 200 people. Sent us and email and we had to answer questions within the email. Wait for a tentative offer email. Accept the offer. Wait for someone to call you and do your fingerprints and take a pic for your badge. After that process i had to wait for a firm offer and that offer let you know your pay and schedule.
