It was very lengthy( about a 6 month process). There was a phone test, finger printing, and an interview. During the process you will be brought in with other candidates to go over your application. You must include every job within the given range and be totally honest because they will dig deep within your background. You could be fired a year after working there for not being completely honest on the application. I saw it happen to a co-worker. The interview was very laid back. The questions were mostly to determine if you could handle difficult customers and not be afraid to follow the policies and procedures.

Short, standardized an with no problems. It's a long process but if you get in its worth it since you enter the federal workforce where you will be able to grow and learn as a professinal

What has been a difficult experience with a client?
No interview for this position. I was just called with a job offer and told to come in to pick up my equipment. This was during covid, so it may have been different.

Very Easy. No interview.
I applied online. Attended the hiring event. They selected 200 people. Sent us and email and we had to answer questions within the email. Wait for a tentative offer email. Accept the offer. Wait for someone to call you and do your fingerprints and take a pic for your badge. After that process i had to wait for a firm offer and that offer let you know your pay and schedule.
