I had to do 6 interviews and a long test that took days, so you would think I would receive feedback about the test I submitted. But no. The hiring manager never said another word even though they had directly reached out to me and asked me to apply. And the recruitment team was very hard to reach. They scheduled my interviews on short notice after I emailed them to see what was going on. They realized that they had forgotten about me. I followed up with them afterwards to hear what next steps were, but never got a reply. Weeks later I received a mass email that they had sent out to all the applicants they rejected. The interview process and emailing them to get my interviews lined up wasted a lot of time and energy for me.
