It was divided by 2 parts - behavioral and technical, they emphasized a lot on your compatibility and culture fit, and the technical part needs a thorough review of the common charts they use daily

Entretien
There was a basic phone interview with the hiring manager followed by unpaid grammar test and writing test. I left the interview process before completing the writing test. Other reviews are accurate of company culture
It's a phone call. They ask basic questions about vehicle and how far you can travel. They will ask about a certain level of insurance as well. None of the questions are difficult. If they ask about needing training, they stopped offering it so you be sure to be independent.
One time, with manager. They contacted me a month after my application and met with me to get to know me. The conversation was informal and i could ask questions.
