Initial phone screen with recruiter. Follow-up virtual interview done via webcam. Interview questions are done through written prompts and either written answers or video recordings for some questions. Final interview with with hiring manager.

Completed the HireVue assessment, if you are prepared and know clinical research it should be very easy. I am CRC trying to transition to CRA and it was not bad.

HireVue virtual interview was the only interview I completed so far. It was straightforward and easy once you got the hang of talking to yourself. Make sure you use the think time to practice so you're more relaxed when it starts.
Quick and painless (not anxiety free though haha). I spoke with a recruiter first, did the HireVue interview, and then had an interview with one of the managers. I think giving a lot of information about my experience during the HireVue was super helpful, and helped me feel more confident too.
