It was an interview with two individuals who are line managers. They primarily inquired about previous experience, with a particular emphasis on monitoring experience. Although they also asked personal questions regarding familial status and the number of children, which are generally considered inappropriate, I got the impression that these questions were intended as a friendly attempt to break the ice rather than to use this information to eliminate candidates.
Completed the HireVue assessment, if you are prepared and know clinical research it should be very easy. I am CRC trying to transition to CRA and it was not bad.

a week after I applied, I got a call from a recruiter, He reviewed salary and job expectaions. Then I did the HireVue interview. Now I am scheduled to have a virtual interview with "the hiring team". not sure what that means, but that's what the recruiter called it. I do know someone that works at IQVIA and they referred me for the job. Not sure if that had anything to do with it.

HireVue virtual interview was the only interview I completed so far. It was straightforward and easy once you got the hang of talking to yourself. Make sure you use the think time to practice so you're more relaxed when it starts.
