3 step process.
1. Written assignment - you get a scenario and are given a few days to come up with a solution and submit and present it to the panel.
2. Interview with department head and panelists from the department
3. Interview with country lead

I received the email notifying me that shortly after, I would receive instructions regarding the first round of interviews. However, I did not receive the instructions first; instead, I received the interview email directly, which was quite annoying.

3 rounds first with hiring manager then with a panel along with senior manager and finally a round/fit check with Principle followed by final discussion with HR. Technical round would include guesstimates followed by case study presentation
On-demand video assessment interview where you record your response -> Math&Logistics test -> case interview with a consultant (not a typical case; this is more focused on math and calculation)
