Then, Face to face interview took around 1 hour, I was being told (and also discussing with her) what is their value and why their previous employee left. She gave me an impression that a small mistake made in the data cleaning would cause life and death issue in one's life. It is true, but as a leader, it shouldn't be the way to lead your staff. I can imagine it is very stressful to work under leader like that. Thus, I decided not to take up the job opportunity even though they offered me.
