Pretty easy. Just a lot of waiting around, hoards of people so it takes time, a general written test which everyone pretty much discusses and write their answers, but the personal interviews are where you can shine

They contacted me via phone to schedule an interview for the job. On the day that was supposed to be the first interview they never contacted me and when I tried to contact them I never got an answer.
