Pretty informal, met series of senior level people who covered both sales side and consulting side.
Previously, had long conversation with head of sales who was very descriptive about company culture, sales processes, impact of recent M&A activity and how role would collaborate with other colleagues in US and EMEA.

Entretien
Quick and easy interview process. Recruiter screen plus hiring manager interview for first round. 2nd round panel interview and presentation with specific questions on sales experience, industry experience, how one would bring in accounts, cold call, and prospect.
The first interview is Screen interview where you meet the HR. It more behavioral and questions were well articulated. The interviewer is polite and a good listener. The next step is an interview by the hiring manager who delves deeper into the technical aspects of the position. Lastly the boss will interview

Entretien
Had pre-screen, two more calls, and asked in for a face to face and everyone was super nice. I thought it went well. I never heard back and I wasn't working with a recruiter so I never got feedback on why.
