Dirst phone interviee was about typical hr questions review of your resume, questions like are you willing to travel, why do you want to change job, what salary you expect. No technical questions at all. Very short about 15 min Second interview was more technical must be prepared to reply to questions concerning the regulations FDA GCP guidelines. Second interview was a bit longer 20 to 30 min. Had to email them to have a follow up and they answered back saying they had move forward with another candidate.

IQVIA interview process: recruiter screen, HireVue video, hiring manager interview, technical/behavioral rounds with team or senior CRA, final review and offer decision focusing on clinical knowledge, communication, and risk awareness. As fast paced as i wanted.

Completed the HireVue assessment, if you are prepared and know clinical research it should be very easy. I am CRC trying to transition to CRA and it was not bad.

Entretien
a week after I applied, I got a call from a recruiter, He reviewed salary and job expectaions. Then I did the HireVue interview. Now I am scheduled to have a virtual interview with "the hiring team". not sure what that means, but that's what the recruiter called it. I do know someone that works at IQVIA and they referred me for the job. Not sure if that had anything to do with it.
