Know what position you are getting into. Know the company and what they do. Know how to sell yourself and what makes you stand out. In short, sell yourself. If you can do that, they will take you. Good communication skills is a major plus and a cheerful, relaxed personality helps too.

Entretien
Two rounds of telephonic interviews with the sales director and reporting manager. First interview lasted about 50 minutes. They asked about the sales model that I am following currently and I was told to sell a product over the phone. Was not too difficult. After the first round they asked me to prepare as many questions for second round. It was my turn for questions and they cleared all the doubts in the second round. This company belives in value based selling and their sales model is based on SPIN Selling developed by Neil Rackham. My advice for any jobseeker with IQPC is to read and understand this model before the interview so it will be easier for you to clear the process.
