The hiring process was pretty straight forward, there was good communication from the start. The owner called me and we talked for a bit, then we had a one on one meeting. There was then a presentation that I needed to prepare which was interesting but a good exercise. They do want to make sure they are hiring the right people apparently as they invest a lot of time. There was then a Skype call with the other owner.
