At IQ Inc. we do our best to ensure that communication is provided in a timely manner to all candidates who are talking with us, and that transparency and authenticity shine through in every aspect of our business practices. It is clear that we missed the mark in our communication with you and for that we do apologize.
Our Talent Management Coordinators are in regular communication with each candidate moving throughout the interview process. We want to make certain that each person feels valued because we have a genuine interest in their personal and professional success. We want each candidate to know they aren't a number to us as that is not our approach to recruiting employees. An email or phone call should be expected. Each member of the Recruiting Team does their best to not let situations like this happen. Again, it is clear that something was missed along the way when we were in communication with you and we are very sorry for the inconvenience it caused you.
