Interview process is different to my experience in other roles. In a good way. It started with a talk with the talent acquisition team, where a general screening is done. There is the opportunity to ask general questions from both sides to assess suitability for the role. The next stage is a talk with a senior manager for more job specific questions. The final interview is the actual interview. Mine was completed over the phone. Unfortunately, I had to withdraw my application because of a health condition which I did not want to bring to a new employer. I have zero criticisms. The process was quick with approximately a week between each stage. All stages were completed remotely which made it very easy to attend.
