The process starts with them asking several questions and them asking you several questions like a time you had friction with a co-worker and stuff like that. They also ask you to exploit their hiring website and say they garunteed an interview. (Their is a variable in the hiring js folder on their website called garunteed_interview_check just exploit it with the console of the debug tools and make it an editable entry)
After doing that you would think they would be happy to interview you right?
Wrong I had the head of staff Mr. Coit interview me for 15 minutes with a monotonous tone and slightly annoyed at that half baked interview. In the interview they have you rate yourself from 1 to 10 on several technologies which considering where i am i guess dont be honest and if you think you can do it in on the job rate yourself a ten. Next day I was told they would be not proceeding with my interview and she said „i am impressed by your experience“ before the interview. All lies
After this its a 1 hour technical interview with linux challenges with the team lead, hiring manager, sys admin and then a fit interview with the CIO. I honestly dont think my application was even considered. Dont waste peoples time with an interview if you dont even consider them to begin with
