Applied through staffing agency. Initial screen with staffing agency, followed by interview by manager at IP Services. Easy interviews, no real curve balls. If you can demonstrate basic computing/internet knowledge and skills, you'll be fine. Manager seemed more concerned about personality and personal beliefs than actual skills and experience. Some questions about personal beliefs seemed a little out of line, bordering inappropriate/discriminatory.
