Entretien
You first will go through a phone screening process which is relatively easy. Then I had three interviews: one from management (30 mins) and 2 interviews from various research associates/group leads (30 mins each). They are okay with you not having a lot of experience and mainly want to measure your trainability.

Typical interview questions: Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Say a weakness and a strength? Say a time where you had a work place conflict and how you dealt with it. etc.
