I applied online and the HR called me a few days later to arrange for an interview. The interview was with 2 managers, it was quite easy with the typical questions on why I wanted to join the company, strengths and weaknesses but also had some Ultimate Frisbee related questions (as one of the hiring managers used to play ultimate and I was also an ultimate player as stated on my resume). It was really light hearted and easy.
