I was called by the HR recruiter to set up an interview. In total, there were two separate interviews. One was with the Accounting Supervisor. One was with the Accounting Manager. Both interviews had the basic interview questions. Such as, education and prior employers.

the hr explained me that the process require 3 interviews, the first is a phone call with hr, the second is with the hiring manager (no technical questions) and the third i don't remember

entretien en 3 phases: 1) cognitif basé sur la correspondance des exigences, 2) réalisation de tests de sélection et par la suite, en cas de réussite aux tests, tests de personnalité, 3) entretiens de sélection avec le chef d'équipe et son supérieur
