First there was a phone interview + online code test. Then they invited me to go to Manaus and payed everything, since plane ticket to hotel and food. There it was some difficult tests ranging from IQ and Intelligence test to C, C++ and Linux test and also there was a algorithm test. They are very nice people over there, but the problem is the city, horrible.
