I was contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone screening. After that, I had a 30 min. phone interview with the team leader who was very polite and her questions were primarily focused on my work experience, career plans, and motivations. The last stage was an assessment at their London Office. Overall, the process was smooth and the interviewers were very polite and friendly.
