I applied with my CV through the company's website after hearing their presentation. About a week later I was scheduled for an interview with an HR manager of the company. The interview was a typical mesh of questions about motivations and skills with a company introduction. Afterwards I did a JAVA and SQL skills test. I was explained that I might not get the offer immediately as the company likes to do interviews well in advance of their hiring needs. After 2-3 months I was contacted with an offer. After I accepted I had a final informal inteview with the director of the company and that was it.
