Met them during the jobfair at the University of Milan. First interview on Microsoft Teams with one of the HR and the Business Unit director for my role, second one in their office with them plus the HR Manager. A nice talk of two hours.
It was quite tedious process. The interviewers not only analyzed the technical knowledge but also the intrapersonal skills. At the end, they provided a constructive feedback which helped me understand the lacunae.
