Entretien
First took a timed math assessment, testing for quick maths. Next was a timed logic test, testing for pattern recognition, etc. When you pass both, they schedule a problem-solving interview with a trader over Skype.

3 rounds, market making, quant, fit/personality/HR. Market making round they made us play a game and assessed how we quoted bid/asks, spread and asked to explain why. Quant round was standard, probability and puzzles, with added constraints/variants.
