Online Quiz, Recorded Interview, Phone Interview. Interviewer was nice but was hard to understand, and did not seem overly bright (some of her follow-up questions were a little bit non-sensical).

Easy probability questions, design an optimal elevator algorithm
Tough, asked me numerous questions about probability, statistics and also asked me numerous questions about options. questions ranged from numerical to also behavioural (stuff about risk). how i approached life
First some technical tests consisted of probability questions, then HR with easy probability and mostly behavioral questions. After that the first technical and finally in-house day with all rounds again: technical, trading, HR and some informal talk.
