J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez IMC Trading (Chicago, IL)
Entretien
Had a couple of phone interviews before being invited on-site. The superday consisted of several rounds. Had to price a future and then trade on it, an algo round where they asked me to solve some problems recursively, some stats and prob round, reconstruct a order book and talk with HR

Question 1
1) 52 cards draw one at at time, you get +1 for black -1 for red, find the EV.
2) You have 100 noodles and you grab the end of two noodles randomly and connect them together, find the EV of the number of loops
3) Why trading / tell me about a time ..............
4) Figure out the formula for a future from scratch, price something using it, make a market on it and trade on it.
It was a tough market making game and a pretty easy brain teaser. The process took a while as well. I think I got nervous since it was my first interview as the difficulty was not too bad.
Have to play some reaction games, I tried for a business course, failed and then also got insta reject on actual application. Reject came in within a day. Was a bit disappointing

Assesments first, than HR/Technical after that a superday. Assesments are a video interview, where you record a video and get to questions to answer. HR interview partially checks whether you would be a personality fit to the company but also assesses some more technical skills. Superday has a quant round, a trader round which are more technical and another HR round.

Question 1
HR round is partially personal, partially brain teaser. Superday is problem solving and probability heavy.
