First CV screening, online test, one-way interview which included 3 questions about the motivations and one statistical question and then 30 min interview with a person which was similar to the one way interview style questions.

The interview was around 20 minutes long. It started with a brief introduction about my background and interests, followed by a discussion on a basic P&L based trading strategy question. The interviewer mainly focused on understanding my thought process, expectations from the strategy, and how I would reason about profitability and risks.

Only one question, based on a small die simulation, can be done easily
Had online assesment with questions that analyses your brain. Didnt feel like they were that difficult. After that Spark Hire interview with modtly behavioral questions. Last round will be an interview with a recruiter. One braun teaser. Rest behavioral again
