Ik vond dat er niet heel goed gecomuniceerd werd tijdens de solicitatieperiode. Als ik een assessment had gemaakt hoorde ik heel lang niets en toen ineens na een lange tijd hoorde je of je door was.

Question 1
Mijn vraag ging over 6 kaarten waarvan 3 zwart en 3 rood. Je wist dat de eerste kaart rood was en toen vroegen ze wat de kans was dat je alle rode kaarten trok voordat je alle zwarten kaarten trok.

Entretien
CV application, neurolympics test, online interview assessment with 3 questions, which are timed. Relatively general, but good otherwise. Make sure you have your basic probability nailed. Prepare some general motivation questions too.
The usual procedure: online assessment, video call etcetera. The recruiters are very nice and accommodating, the interviews are okay to do :). I met the recruiters at a campus event before and that helps feeling more comfortable during the interviews.
