They took a few rounds of telephonic interviews and a couple of tests and completely ghosted after that. I followed up with them multiple times but they chose silence over letting a candidate know the status of their application. So disappointing to see that employers treat candidates like this even in 2022. When you take up a candidate's valuable time and energy, the least you can do is respond to them.
