I spoke briefly to the hiring manager on my first interview and went over my preliminary information and got to know each other. It took about 10-minutes, after which she said she'd be in touch. About a day later I got a call from her, and she requested that I give her my best pirate impersonation. I played along and did so, after which she told me I was hired.
