I was invited for an interview a few days after completing the written test. It was a panel interview, with each interviewer taking turns to ask questions. The questions were straightforward and focused primarily on my motivation and previous experiences. For instance, I was asked to describe my experience with social media, using examples from my past internships. The interviewers were friendly and created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

Describe your previous experience with social media
Very friendly HR, Standardized CBI type questions, lasted about 25-30mins, was given about 3-5 days notice ahead of interviews, received a follow up email about 3 weeks later. The onboarding process was quick - about 2 or 3 weeks
One hour interview with manager, which covered an introduction, questions on motivation, as well as questions around key competencies (e.g. providing an example of managing a project etc.), as well as sector-specific questions.
