We had to fill the candidate data form and then the HR interviewer had attached the HR Interview sheet. The first round was HR round and then we were asked to give a test which lasted for 1.5 hour. On clearing the test round we had to meet the operations person for the final call. On finishing the last round they took around 20 minutes to revert with an email.

First there is medical MCQ test
Second is a face to face interview for English language.
Third is interview on call which is a basic knowledge of medicine.
If they feel candidate is suitable.. negotiate the salary and confirm

In HR round you get generalized questions.
Technical round is medical question round
Computerized tests are for listening the patient physician audios and comprehending the data.
