more like a conversation. The interview went along the same lines as they expect for you to engage with customers. Of course there were additional components about ability to complete tasks timely and being appropriate. Dress in business casual (khaki pants and a button shirt)

Phone screening, then In person interview, basic questions, then drug test and phone screening. Overall took two weeks from start to finish, but you have to get a drug test
