I had a phone interview conducted by the human resources department. Following that, I received an invitation for an in-person interview with both the hiring manager and a representative from HR.

- From the manager: Skills concerning the Job position (soft and hard skills), job situations and how I will fix it.
- From the HR: Why I want to work for IKEA, example of situation to be solved and how I will do it.
