The job interview experience at IKEA was truly commendable. What stood out was their continuous updates throughout the selection process. Even when not selected, they ensured we were informed promptly. This thoughtful gesture alleviated the uncertainty, showing respect for candidates' time and effort.

Several different interviews. The ability to meet lots of team members. They valued new and fresh input. Comfortable setting. Details about the 4 design styles, age, income and room size portfolios that will need to be practiced.
