Interview was for 30 minutes and some questions were irrelevant to the job. So many questions for a sales position, some of the questions has 3 parts or questions. One of the interviewer was very disrespectful and racist.
I was interviewed by two people. They were very friendly and it was quite informal. They gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions. Overall, it was about as pleasant as an interview could be.

-Getting to know you type of questions
-Situation type of questions and how would you handle them

-Getting to know you
-Why do you want to work at ikea
-Questions for them

Entretien
Phone screening, then In person interview, basic questions, then drug test and phone screening. Overall took two weeks from start to finish, but you have to get a drug test
