Entretien
I have one phone screening call, then a meeting call with the Leaders and cultural manager. At the first impression, I love how people greet people in the first sight. They are warm and really try hard to do the ice breaking part to make you feel more comfortable. Everyone is really great and warm. I love the culture there too.

Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
