Met 2 guys in a hotel lobby. Who offered me something that was not there when I showed up for work. I was basically recruited along with a few others, then released once they found who they wanted.

They ask you about yourself and ask how you fit with their company values. For example they would tell you about the value and then ask you a time in your life where you have related to that value.

Pretty easy. Interviewers were very friendly. Applied for the position through their website. Got an email from the senior recruiter asking to make a call. During the call , they scheduled an interview date.
