Long waits between each stage. Disorganised communication between staff concerning dates and information. It takes a long time to respond. My chase email for information or online meetings links got ignored a few times. But once on the call everyone was super nice and positive.
1. CV through IKEA portal.
2. A few short video clips sent in response to a few questions.
3. Quick phone call to confirm commitment.
4. Present a project to one person from HR & one store manager with a round of question from each member of staff.
5. Online personality test & deductive reasoning test.
6. Interview with 4 other members of staff 2x HR & 2x store managers/directors. This included brief initial chat, 1 scenario activity (solve a companies set of problems) and 2 role play activities (convince a manager below you to engage a diversity programme & becoming an ambassador // negotiate new systems with a manager below you).
7. Job gets offered to you or not. They took 3 weeks to contact me. If you don’t get the position they offer you a 30minute meeting to go through your test results/feedback.
